Between feeling bad and focusing on an interview for a possible job, I have been off from Quoll. (I also did some work on a script to import my Cohost posts to this website, but that’s not ready yet.) And with me flying to my reunion later this week, I missed my once deadline of my college reunion but that’s fine to be honest.

But fuck all of that, it’s time to get back on it.

I’m continuing on adding the next node of Glitch’s First Tutorial, which covers interacting with Ada’s “old” roommate that has been created by Glitch for the purpose of teaching Chronomancy. It also covers the way the Manifestation Altars can be used with the Propositional Buls to effect changes in said roommate.

This is kind of the big new piece of the game I’m dropping down on the table. Before now, beyond my own testing, I have not really let the Playerr modify reality. On one hand, that definitely explains why this release has taken me so long. This is really the center of the game and I’ve been very excited to get this out so I can see if it even makes sense as an action in a game a Playerr can be taught to do.

And rather than ramble about it, let me get working on it. It’s mostly going to be pulling over what I have already written over a year ago now and making what changes I need for proper interactivity. As I’ve referred to it before, I have the fiction, I just need the interactive.
